Neighborhood CleanupAt the bottom of Ivycrest Point, on Valleybrook, the fence and stop sign has been spray painted, for about 3 weeks now, with no fix?? Is this the HOA responsibility? Is this the responsibility of the homeowner? What about the stop sign? Shouldn't this be replaced by the county or the HOA? I am very disappointed in the response from whoever the responsible party is in this matter. I have the fence stain, and am very close to painting it myself. However, we, as a community, need to know who needs to repair/fix this in case it happens again.
